Having an option that is a sentence (as opposed to a few words), isn't ideal. And Im afraid that no, I don't have any examples.

My suggestion would be to rather use radio buttons that a dropdown. That way the user can more easily evaluate the different options. Depending on how many options you have, it may break the "less than 6 rule" but in this instance, I think it is preferable.
